Eat, Think and Move right for life. We run weekly power workshops aimed at inspiring you on the journey to live innately right for a healthier body and life.
Veronica and Scott run a friendly spinal stretch and wellness exercise class at our local gym Kingsmead Leisure Centre Canterbury. This is customised for our practice members to maximise their healing results through lifestyle change and spinal adjustments.
